ATI has been officially acquired by AMD.

While this is a big step for AMD, I wonder what the implications are for the end user that DO NOT have AMD implementations on their PCs… or on their Macs.

I don’t know how big the impact will be on Apple because all their non-Intel Graphic Adapters are ATI on all Intel-based Macs.
