One of the most awaited features for Gmail is IMAP.
After a few years, the Gmail IMAP access feature will be enabled in your account soon.
Don’t fret if you don’t see “IMAP Access” yet under the Settings menu. We’re rolling it out to everyone over the next few days.
The feature has been activated on some accounts, my Google Apps account which is tied to my domain mail service already has it (screenshot).
There is a fair amount of popular supported email clients, the list comes with detailed instructions on how to configure it.

Apple and AT&T have released their Rate Plans for the iPhone.
They have the rates for Individual, Family, and Existing plans.
I have to say: they are not that bad, considering the unlimited data transfer, mobile-to-mobile, monthly rollover, and 200 SMS included.
The Family plan for 700 minutes is only $10 more expensive than what Verizon Wireless offers. But if you consider that you have unlimited web access and 200 SMS messages, you have a good deal.
Quite interesting.
Update: They have also released videos on how to activate your iPhone.

This coming Sunday, The Sopranos start on HBO.
This is the seventh and last season (I have said before that is the last season). While the sixth season was kinda lame, it probably wouldn’t be a good idea not to watch this one.
CNN has a nice miniguide to the show, check it out!

So… If you have HBO, you know what you’ll be doing on Sunday night. =)

This story anything but new, I just read about it and I thought it was very cool, so here it is:
Back in 2004, this Canadian guy living in Scotland named Matt was traveling in Japan. He took a photo and uploaded it to Flickr and titled it ‘Mystery Girl in Harajuku‘.

A few weeks later, a friend of the so-called ‘Mystery Girl’ spotted the photo (what are the chances!!!), and recognized the tattoo on her shoulder. This person told ‘Mystery Girl’ (a Flickr user living in London known as CherryVega) about the photo and she contacted Matt and presented proof that she was indeed the one kneeling down to take the photo of the performers.

After two years, they are still together.
“Still together, just a few days over two years now. [...] I was walking back from the Meiji Temple (you go through the square at Harajuku) and thought “Now that’s a good picture”. The Wired article was pretty much spot on, apart from the fact I’m a Canadian living in Scotland, and not Scottish as reported, but that’s a pretty forgiveable mistake, I think.” -Matt
How cool is this?
PS. Matt, thanks for letting me post about this.
